Thonet Chair

What chair enthusiasts would totally refuse I saw
as a nice opportunity to up value this chair and
readdress the question about ornament and
functionality.
I developed a technique which allows to
strengthen and transform textiles to a glassy and
washable surface. In this case I applied the
technique to an African wax print textile for the
seating surface.
